On Saturday, Scott and I went to Playa Blanca for a fun day in the sun with two other couples. This time, instead of taking a boat we drove to the edge of Cartagena and parked our car on this barge-type thing, which took us across a small stretch of water to the island on the other side. Then we drove right up to the edge of the beach and walked down to find an empty cabana. The sand was soft and the water was clear and warm.

| This guy goes around making drinks out of his wheelbarrow. He chops open coconuts with a machete and then mixes the drink inside them. I didn't taste one, so I can't tell you if they are good or not... |
