Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving yesterday. It was a different sort of Thanksgiving for us, what with family far away and the 90 degree weather. But we made the most of it with good company and good food. Three of the single guys from Scott's office joined us for dinner. On the menu: baked chicken breasts, mashed potatoes and gravy, cheddar cheese and scallion biscuits, sauteed green beans, and sausage and apple stuffing. I also made an apple pie for dessert. We have so much to be thankful for!
