On Tuesday night I tried to make arepas de queso. Arepas are a type of Colombian corn cake, to which I added some white farmer's cheese. We topped the arepas with some guacamole, shredded chicken, and tomatoes and onions.
I give this dish a 4 out of 5 stars. I still need to practice making the arepas, but they turned out tasty nonetheless.
